Our featured knit pattern for 2023 is Windmill Shawl, designed by Sascha Blase and made in Noro Uchiwa.
We really wanted this year's crochet pattern to be made in a Noro yarn, because we think crochet really makes the colors and textures of Noro sing!
What we love about this pattern is not only the way it shows off the subtle color changes of the Uchiwa, but it has a unique spiraling shape and is made top down so it can be as big or small as you'd like.
Uchiwa is 50% Cotton, 30% Viscose, and 20% Silk, and if you're unfamiliar with the beauty and uniqueness of Noro yarns we recommend reading about them here.
