Q: How can I register for a workshop?

A: You can register online up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop on our website. At any time you can register in person. It is strongly encouraged to register in advance so as to not cancel a workshop based on low attendance. Workshops need a minimum of five students to run. If a workshop is cancelled, all participants will be notified in advance.

Q: Is there a wait list for workshops?

A: In the event that an Atelier Truckee workshop or event is sold out, you can request to be added to the wait list in case there are cancellations. Please call the shop or email workshops@ateliertruckee.com to be put on the wait list. Adding your name to the wait list does not guarantee you will be able to attend the workshop. If a space in a workshop opens up, we will give you a call to confirm you can attend. You will be notified 24 hours in advance.

Q: Where can I find out about new workshop offerings?

A: For future workshops and events, please check our schedule. If you would like to be one of the first to know about anything going on in the shop, please join our email list. We also announce future events or special workshops on our Facebook PageInstagram and Twitter.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your workshop within 48-hours for a 100% refund. You can also transfer your workshop credit to another class at a later date. If you have to cancel after the 48-hour period, a refund cannot be offered in any form. In this instance, however, you may transfer your workshop to a friend. If canceling within a 24-hour period, no transfer or refund is honored. To cancel a workshop please email workshops@ateliertruckee.com with the subject line "Cancel: (workshop name)".
