Learn how to create a basket using giant yarn! In this class you'll be working with hand-felted wool and a pair of size 50 needles. Once you get going, this mega chunky yarn works up quickly creating huge, textural stitches. You'll learn techniques for knitting with chunky yarn, the steps to constructing a basket and the process behind the materials we'll be using. By the end of the class, you'll have your own basket that's ideal as a planter or for stashing toys, towels, magazines or more yarn. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced knitters alike. All materials and supplies provided and yours to keep!
